Stuffed Medjool Dates with Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • Medjool dates - 10 - 12
  • Peanut butter - 3tbsp
  • Rose syrup - 3tbsp
  • Rose petals and pistachios for garnish
  • Dark chocolate - 1 /2 cup ( Chocolate chips melted )
  • 1tsp Coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Choose your fillings according to your taste. If you don't like peanut butter, add almond butter or cashew nut butter.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.

  3. Stuff the Medjool dates with peanut butter and rose syrup.

  4. Garnish with rose petals and pistachios.

  5. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the stuffed dates.

  6. Enjoy as a nutritious, healthy snack or a fancy, guilt-free dessert.
