Salted Tahini Walnut Chocolate Covered Dates
Ingredients
- 9 medjool dates, pit removed
- 9 teaspoons runny tahini
- 9 raw walnuts
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sesame seeds
- Maldon salt
Preparation
Stuff the date with tahini and walnut and place in freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwaveable bowl.
Use a fork to hold date and a spoon to pour chocolate over date.
Sprinkle date with sesame seeds, chopped walnuts and flaky salt.
Place back in freezer until ready to eat.
