Salted Tahini Walnut Chocolate Covered Dates

Ingredients

  • 9 medjool dates, pit removed
  • 9 teaspoons runny tahini
  • 9 raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Maldon salt

Preparation

  1. Stuff the date with tahini and walnut and place in freezer for 30 minutes.

  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwaveable bowl.

  3. Use a fork to hold date and a spoon to pour chocolate over date.

  4. Sprinkle date with sesame seeds, chopped walnuts and flaky salt.

  5. Place back in freezer until ready to eat.
