Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 14 Medjool dates, pitted
- 150g dark chocolate, melted
Preparation
In a bowl, combine shredded coconut and coconut milk to achieve a soft filling texture, adding more milk if the mixture is too dry
Stuff each date with the coconut mixture
For faster chocolate coating setting, place the dates in the freezer for 15 minutes
Dip each date into the melted chocolate
Allow the chocolate to set
