Sesame and Honey Energy Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups sesame seeds
- 1 cup grape syrup or date syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut powder
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Pistachio slivers, optional
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Allow the mixture to cool completely if necessary.
Transfer to a container and freeze for one hour.
Remove from freezer and cut into bars or desired shapes.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
