Sesame and Honey Energy Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sesame seeds
  • 1 cup grape syrup or date syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut powder
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Pistachio slivers, optional

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

  2. Allow the mixture to cool completely if necessary.

  3. Transfer to a container and freeze for one hour.

  4. Remove from freezer and cut into bars or desired shapes.

Storage tips

  1. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
