Brownie Batter Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 12 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Soak the pitted medjool dates in warm water for 5 minutes to soften.

  2. In a food processor, blend together walnuts and dates until well combined or a ball forms.

  3. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt, and blend again until well combined.

  4. Roll into 20 balls. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.

  5. Freeze for an hour or refrigerate for 4 hours before eating.

  1. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
