No-Bake Double Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (or nuts of choice)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp choc. protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter (I used @abbysbetter Protein Cinnamon Roll)
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, walnuts, cocoa powder, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt in a food processor.

  2. Blitz until combined and it resembles a coarse flour.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until it comes together like a dough.

  4. Press into a loaf pan.

  5. Freeze for 5 minutes to set, then cut into bars.

Storage

  1. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
