No-Bake Double Chocolate Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts (or nuts of choice)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp choc. protein powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter (I used @abbysbetter Protein Cinnamon Roll)
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Combine oats, walnuts, cocoa powder, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt in a food processor.
Blitz until combined and it resembles a coarse flour.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until it comes together like a dough.
Press into a loaf pan.
Freeze for 5 minutes to set, then cut into bars.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
