5-Ingredient Vegan Protein Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 scoops vegan protein
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Put the almond milk and chia seeds in a blender and mix for about 30 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a thick and creamy mixture.
Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
Transfer the mousse to glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with pistachios before serving.
