5-Ingredient Vegan Protein Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 scoops vegan protein
  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Put the almond milk and chia seeds in a blender and mix for about 30 seconds.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a thick and creamy mixture.

  3. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.

  4. Transfer the mousse to glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  5. Garnish with pistachios before serving.
