Vegan Gluten-Free 5-Ingredient Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 50g chia seeds
  • 250ml almond milk
  • vanilla flavor drops (substitute with vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1.5 teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon coffee granules (optional)

Toppings

  • 1 piece vegan dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Add everything to your blender and blend into a thick consistency. Pour into your favorite glass.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it on top. Set it in the fridge for 5 minutes.

  3. Enjoy.

Notes

  1. Chia seeds are highly nutritious, loaded with fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, and micronutrients. They were prized by the Mayans for energy and contain antioxidants.
