Gluten-Free Oats Strawberry Pudding

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Chia seeds
  • Almond milk or regular milk, soya milk, buttermilk, or curd
  • Vanilla essence
  • Honey
  • Strawberries
  • Cashews

Preparation

  1. Lightly roast the oats.

  2. Add chia seeds to the oats.

  3. Add almond milk or an alternative to the mixture.

  4. Add a little vanilla essence.

  5. Add some honey and mix; the oats mix is ready.

  6. Take a glass and create the first layer with the oats mix.

  7. Add a second layer of chopped strawberries and some cashews.

  8. Add another top layer of the oats mix.

  9. Garnish with a strawberry.

  10. Serve cold.
