Gluten-Free Oats Strawberry Pudding
Ingredients
- Oats
- Chia seeds
- Almond milk or regular milk, soya milk, buttermilk, or curd
- Vanilla essence
- Honey
- Strawberries
- Cashews
Preparation
Lightly roast the oats.
Add chia seeds to the oats.
Add almond milk or an alternative to the mixture.
Add a little vanilla essence.
Add some honey and mix; the oats mix is ready.
Take a glass and create the first layer with the oats mix.
Add a second layer of chopped strawberries and some cashews.
Add another top layer of the oats mix.
Garnish with a strawberry.
Serve cold.
