Peanut Butter Overnight Oats Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup beleaf natural

Toppings

  • blueberries or blackberries
  • peanuts

Preparation

  1. Mix oats with chia seeds, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, and almond milk.

  2. Mash the banana and add it to the mixture.

  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.

  4. The next morning, divide the mixture into 2 glasses.

  5. Mix the natural yogurt with 1 teaspoon peanut butter to make the topping layer.

  6. Top with your favorite berries and peanuts and enjoy.
