Peanut Butter Overnight Oats Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup beleaf natural
Toppings
- blueberries or blackberries
- peanuts
Preparation
Mix oats with chia seeds, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, and almond milk.
Mash the banana and add it to the mixture.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
The next morning, divide the mixture into 2 glasses.
Mix the natural yogurt with 1 teaspoon peanut butter to make the topping layer.
Top with your favorite berries and peanuts and enjoy.
