Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 200ml plant-based milk
- 100ml plant-based yogurt
Optional
- Jam and peanut butter to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the jar and mix well.
Add extra jam and peanut butter if desired.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with fresh fruit and serve.
Tips
Use an empty jam or peanut butter jar for a zero-waste approach.
If remnants of jam or peanut butter are in the jar, they enhance the flavor.
