Overnight Oats with Blue Spirulina
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 200ml plant-based milk
- 100ml coconut yogurt
Optional
- Pinch of salt
- Maple syrup (to taste)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with extra coconut yogurt and blueberries.
Notes
Blue spirulina is nearly tasteless and adds vibrant color to the dish.
It contains phycocyanine, a natural pigment rich in antioxidants.
