Plant-Based Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (can adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add the oats, milk, yogurt, matcha powder, protein powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to a cup.

  2. Split the ingredients equally between two cups to make two portions if desired and whisk the ingredients well.

  3. Cover the oats with a lid and refrigerate them overnight.

  4. In the morning, take out the oats, top with more dairy-free yogurt and fresh berries, and enjoy.
