Caramel Macchiato Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 medjool date, mashed
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cardamom
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened almond or oat milk
- 2-3 tbsp brewed coffee
Optional
- Frothed plant milk
- Cinnamon
Preparation
In a jar, add oats, chia seeds, dates, salt and mix to combine.
Add in milk and vanilla and stir to combine.
Allow to sit for a few minutes and then give another even stir before covering and placing in the fridge overnight.
When ready to enjoy, pour brewed coffee on top and add frothed milk foam with a pinch of cinnamon.
