Cardamom Oats with Yogurt and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- 1 medjool date, mashed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2-3 tbsp plant based yogurt
Preparation
In a pan, add oats, flax, seasonings, and milk.
Bring to a simmer and continuously stir until oats have thickened to your liking.
Pour into a bowl and stir in yogurt to fully mix in.
