Cardamom Oats with Yogurt and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 1 medjool date, mashed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tbsp plant based yogurt

Preparation

  1. In a pan, add oats, flax, seasonings, and milk.

  2. Bring to a simmer and continuously stir until oats have thickened to your liking.

  3. Pour into a bowl and stir in yogurt to fully mix in.
