Tahini and Date Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1-2 medjool dates, mashed
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir well and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until oats are cooked to the consistency you prefer.
Top as desired.
Topping suggestions
Consider adding peanut butter, chocolate chips, banana, golden berries, or pepitas for extra flavor and texture.
