Warm Cinnamon Peach Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or quick oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
In a small sauté pan, add sliced peaches and maple syrup, and allow to cook and soften with a pinch of cinnamon.
Reserve half the sautéed peaches for topping.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pan with the peaches.
Stir and bring to a simmer, cooking for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Adjust salt and spices to preference, pour into a bowl, and top with the reserved sautéed peaches.
Tips
Top the bowl with blueberries, pepitas, and peanut butter if desired.
