Coconut Chia Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or quick oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk beverage (carton not can)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook and thicken for at least 3-5 minutes.
Once at your desired consistency, pour into a bowl and serve.
