Warm Banana Chia Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup porridge oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of vanilla

Preparation

  1. Add banana to a small saucepan and mash it with a fork.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients, stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

  3. Continue cooking over a gentle heat until thickened.

  4. Serve warm in a bowl or a jar with your favourite toppings.
