Warm Banana Chia Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of vanilla
Preparation
Add banana to a small saucepan and mash it with a fork.
Add all remaining ingredients, stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Continue cooking over a gentle heat until thickened.
Serve warm in a bowl or a jar with your favourite toppings.
Tips
Warm porridge is ideal for colder months.
Top with peanut butter and yoghurt for extra flavor.
