Wholesome Protein-Packed Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- Approximately 350ml water
- 1 scoop salted caramel soy protein powder
- Toppings: pumpkin seeds, banana, cranberries, and peanut butter
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, and a pinch of salt.
Add water to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
Stir occasionally and cook the oatmeal until it reaches your desired consistency.
Once cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the salted caramel soy protein powder until well combined.
Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl.
Top the oatmeal with pumpkin seeds, sliced banana, dried cranberries, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
