Blackberry, Apple and Coconut Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 150ml water
- 75ml plant-based milk
- 1/2 grated apple
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- 1/2 grated apple
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- Handful of blackberries
- Optional: maple syrup
- Optional: almond flakes
Preparation
Add all ingredients for the oatmeal to a pan and bring to a boil. Then simmer on low to medium heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with half of the grated apple, some coconut, and blackberries. If the blackberries are not very sweet, add some maple syrup. Enjoy!
