Blackberry, Apple and Coconut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 150ml water
  • 75ml plant-based milk
  • 1/2 grated apple
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • 1/2 grated apple
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  • Handful of blackberries
  • Optional: maple syrup
  • Optional: almond flakes

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients for the oatmeal to a pan and bring to a boil. Then simmer on low to medium heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Serve with half of the grated apple, some coconut, and blackberries. If the blackberries are not very sweet, add some maple syrup. Enjoy!
