Banana Chocolate Coconut and Almond Butter Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 10 g coconut
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- banana slices
- roobar_raw coconut bar
- bettr_snacks salted caramel coconut chips
- almond butter
- additional coconut for sprinkling
Preparation
Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats and 10 g coconut with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt.
Cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Top with banana slices, roobar_raw coconut bar, bettr_snacks salted caramel coconut chips, and almond butter.
Sprinkle with additional coconut to finish.
