Banana Chocolate Coconut and Almond Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 10 g coconut
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • roobar_raw coconut bar
  • bettr_snacks salted caramel coconut chips
  • almond butter
  • additional coconut for sprinkling

Preparation

  1. Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats and 10 g coconut with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mix in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  4. Top with banana slices, roobar_raw coconut bar, bettr_snacks salted caramel coconut chips, and almond butter.

  5. Sprinkle with additional coconut to finish.
