Ingredients
- Oats
- Water (1/2 portion)
- Oat milk (1/2 portion)
- Chia seeds
- Cinnamon
- Mixed ground seeds
- Protein powder
- Mango
- Tahini
Preparation
Soak oats in a mixture of half water and half oat milk.
Add chia seeds, cinnamon, mixed ground seeds, and protein powder.
Top with mango and tahini.
