Cashew Cream Chia Oats with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup jumbo oats
- 2 tablespoons Nooj cashew paste
- chia seeds
- maca powder
Toppings
- coyo yogurt
- rhubarb compote
- caramelized banana or raw banana
- granola
- seeds and nuts
- blackberries
- peanut butter
Preparation
Make cashew milk by mixing 2 tablespoons of Nooj cashew paste with water.
Add the cashew milk directly to the oats along with chia seeds and maca powder in a bowl
Stir well and let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight to thicken
Add desired toppings before serving
