Cashew Cream Chia Oats with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup jumbo oats
  • 2 tablespoons Nooj cashew paste
  • chia seeds
  • maca powder

Toppings

  • coyo yogurt
  • rhubarb compote
  • caramelized banana or raw banana
  • granola
  • seeds and nuts
  • blackberries
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Make cashew milk by mixing 2 tablespoons of Nooj cashew paste with water.

  2. Add the cashew milk directly to the oats along with chia seeds and maca powder in a bowl

  3. Stir well and let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight to thicken

  4. Add desired toppings before serving
