Simple Porridge with Banana and Seeds
Ingredients
- about a cup of oats
- half a mashed banana
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- a little bit of brown sugar
- salt
- cinnamon
- about 2 cups of almond milk
- some blueberries
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Cook all the ingredients except blueberries and cacao nibs in a pot.
Serve the porridge with blueberries, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs.
