Simple Porridge with Banana and Seeds

Ingredients

  • about a cup of oats
  • half a mashed banana
  • hemp seeds
  • chia seeds
  • a little bit of brown sugar
  • salt
  • cinnamon
  • about 2 cups of almond milk
  • some blueberries
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Cook all the ingredients except blueberries and cacao nibs in a pot.

  2. Serve the porridge with blueberries, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs.
