Hot Blueberry Vanilla Porridge

  • oats
  • almond milk
  • cinnamon
  • chia seeds
  • vanilla

Toppings

  • sticky blueberries
  • banana
  • kiwi
  • yogurt
  • cacao nibs
  • hemp seeds
  • almond butter
  • pecan granola

Preparation

  1. In a pot, combine oats, almond milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and reaches a porridge consistency, about 5-10 minutes

  2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired

  3. Serve the hot porridge and add toppings: sticky blueberries, sliced banana, kiwi, yogurt, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, almond butter, and pecan granola
