Hot Blueberry Vanilla Porridge

- almond milk
- cinnamon
- chia seeds
- vanilla
Toppings
- sticky blueberries
- banana
- kiwi
- yogurt
- cacao nibs
- hemp seeds
- almond butter
- pecan granola
Preparation
In a pot, combine oats, almond milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and reaches a porridge consistency, about 5-10 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired
Serve the hot porridge and add toppings: sticky blueberries, sliced banana, kiwi, yogurt, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, almond butter, and pecan granola
