Vegan Almond Chocolate Porridge

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 85ml water
  • 85ml coconut milk
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 smashed banana

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • agave syrup
  • 1 piece 70% cacao chocolate
  • 1tsp almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, and smashed banana in a saucepan

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly

  4. Add toppings: sliced banana, a drizzle of agave syrup, chopped chocolate, and almond butter

  5. Serve immediately
