Vegan Almond Chocolate Porridge
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 85ml water
- 85ml coconut milk
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1tsp agave syrup
- 1/2 smashed banana
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- agave syrup
- 1 piece 70% cacao chocolate
- 1tsp almond butter
Preparation
Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, and smashed banana in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Add toppings: sliced banana, a drizzle of agave syrup, chopped chocolate, and almond butter
Serve immediately
