Banana Chocolate Porridge

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 85ml water
  • 85ml coconut milk
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp agave syrup
  • 1tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 smashed banana

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1tsp agave syrup
  • 1 piece 70% cacao chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, cacao powder, and smashed banana in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and add the toppings: banana, agave syrup, and chocolate piece.
