Banana Chocolate Porridge
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 85ml water
- 85ml coconut milk
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1tsp agave syrup
- 1tsp cacao powder
- 1/2 smashed banana
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- 1tsp agave syrup
- 1 piece 70% cacao chocolate
Preparation
Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, cacao powder, and smashed banana in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the toppings: banana, agave syrup, and chocolate piece.
