Thick Creamy Nutty Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cm piece fresh ginger
  • 1 small banana
  • Plant based milk to cover

Preparation

  1. Cover the ingredients with plant-based milk in the blender cup

  2. Soak for an hour if time permits

  3. Blend until smooth
