Chocolate Protein Oat Melt

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 70ml water
  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 smashed banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein

Toppings

  • banana
  • blueberries
  • a piece of 70% dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Smash half a banana.

  2. In a pot, combine oats, water, coconut milk, smashed banana, chia seeds, and chocolate protein. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove from heat and top with fresh banana slices, blueberries, and a piece of dark chocolate.
