Chocolate Protein Oat Melt
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 70ml water
- 120ml coconut milk
- 1/2 smashed banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein
Toppings
- banana
- blueberries
- a piece of 70% dark chocolate
Preparation
Smash half a banana.
In a pot, combine oats, water, coconut milk, smashed banana, chia seeds, and chocolate protein. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and top with fresh banana slices, blueberries, and a piece of dark chocolate.
