Banana Bread Porridge Combo

Ingredients

Porridge base

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseed

Cooking liquid

  • 1 cup pea milk

Toppings

  • banana bread
  • blueberries
  • banana
  • yoghurt
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the porridge base and cooking liquid together until thickened

  2. Warm the banana bread

  3. Assemble all components in a bowl with toppings and serve
