Blueberry and Coconut Porridge with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 55g oats
  • water (boiled)
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • blueberries
  • almond butter
  • cacao nibs
  • dark chocolate chunk

Preparation

  1. Cook 55g oats with boiled water, adding more water until the desired texture is achieved.

  2. Once the porridge is cooked, stir in 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt and half of the blueberries until they are hot and about to burst.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  4. Cover with the remaining blueberries, almond butter, cacao nibs, and a chunk of dark chocolate.

  5. Enjoy the porridge.
