Blueberry and Coconut Porridge with Toppings
Ingredients
- 55g oats
- water (boiled)
- 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
- blueberries
- almond butter
- cacao nibs
- dark chocolate chunk
Preparation
Cook 55g oats with boiled water, adding more water until the desired texture is achieved.
Once the porridge is cooked, stir in 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt and half of the blueberries until they are hot and about to burst.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Cover with the remaining blueberries, almond butter, cacao nibs, and a chunk of dark chocolate.
Enjoy the porridge.
