Coconut Milk Porridge with Banana and Chia
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 100ml water
- 70ml coconut milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 piece grated cacao chocolate
Preparation
Combine oats, water, coconut milk, mashed banana, chia seeds, and agave syrup in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Add the toppings: sliced banana, peanut butter, coconut yogurt, and grated cacao chocolate.
