Coconut Milk Porridge with Banana and Chia

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 100ml water
  • 70ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 piece grated cacao chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, coconut milk, mashed banana, chia seeds, and agave syrup in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  4. Add the toppings: sliced banana, peanut butter, coconut yogurt, and grated cacao chocolate.
