Birthday Vegan Oatmeal with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 70ml water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • 70% dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, coconut milk, water, chia seeds, mashed banana, and chocolate protein in a saucepan

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly

  4. Top with strawberries and dark chocolate.
