Birthday Vegan Oatmeal with Toppings
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 120ml coconut milk
- 70ml water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein
Toppings
- strawberries
- 70% dark chocolate
Preparation
Combine oats, coconut milk, water, chia seeds, mashed banana, and chocolate protein in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5-10 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Top with strawberries and dark chocolate.
