Coconut Milk Oat Porridge with Banana
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 70ml water
- 120ml coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1/2 banana smashed
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- blueberries
- a piece of 70% dark chocolate
Preparation
Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, and smashed banana in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and top with sliced banana, blueberries, and pieces of dark chocolate.
