Coconut Milk Oat Porridge with Banana

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 70ml water
  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 1/2 banana smashed

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • blueberries
  • a piece of 70% dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, and smashed banana in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and top with sliced banana, blueberries, and pieces of dark chocolate.
