Banana Coconut Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 40g Tesco oats
  • 130ml coconut milk
  • 60ml water
  • 1 banana

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Smash the banana

  2. Combine the oats, coconut milk, water, and smashed banana in a bowl

  3. Cook the mixture until the oats are soft

  4. Add the toppings: blueberries, peanut butter, and dark chocolate.
