Banana Coconut Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 40g Tesco oats
- 130ml coconut milk
- 60ml water
- 1 banana
Toppings
- Blueberries
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- Dark chocolate
Preparation
Smash the banana
Combine the oats, coconut milk, water, and smashed banana in a bowl
Cook the mixture until the oats are soft
Add the toppings: blueberries, peanut butter, and dark chocolate.
