Banana and Cauliflower Oats Bowl

Ingredients

Oats base

  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Toppings

  • cooked blueberries
  • peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • hemp seeds
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Mix coconut milk, cauliflower rice, banana, and chia seeds together to prepare the oats base.

  2. Cook the blueberries until soft.

  3. Slice the remaining banana and gather hemp seeds and quinoa puffs for toppings.

  4. Assemble the dish by adding the toppings to the oats base.
