Maple Peach Porridge with Blueberries and Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- barley flakes
- chia seeds
- soy milk
- 1-2 fresh peaches
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- pinch of cinnamon
- coconut milk
- handful of blueberries
- peanut butter
Optional toppings
- cacao nibs
- quinoa puffs
- amaranth puffs
Preparation
Cook the porridge using barley flakes, chia seeds, and soy milk until it is simmering.
Sauté 1-2 sliced fresh peaches in 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Serve the porridge with a splash of coconut milk, the sautéed peaches, a handful of blueberries, and a generous drizzle of peanut butter.
Add optional toppings such as cacao nibs, quinoa puffs, and amaranth puffs if desired.
