Overnight Oats with Blueberries and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of sprouted rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 cup blueberries

Preparation

  1. Make the oat mixture with the ingredients.

  2. Microwave the oats for 1 minute.

  3. Add the blueberries.
