Overnight Oats with Blueberries and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of sprouted rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/3 cup blueberries
Preparation
Make the oat mixture with the ingredients.
Microwave the oats for 1 minute.
Add the blueberries.
