Simple and Healthy Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup oat or soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • some water

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Store in the fridge overnight.
