Simple and Healthy Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup oat or soy milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- some water
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a jar.
Mix well.
Store in the fridge overnight.
Perfect to bring for lunch in a thermo cup or food container, especially when on vacation or at home.
Add fruits or toppings like passion fruit for extra flavor.
