Lavender and Earl Grey Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3/4-1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • A little maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Heat up 3 cups of oat milk with 1

  2. Tablespoons of lavender and 1-2 earl grey tea

  3. Slowly bring to boil, and remove from heat and steep for 20 minutes

  4. Strain and let cool

  5. Then add chia seeds (2 tablespoons per cup of milk) and chill for four hours, stirring every hour

  6. Pour over your favorite smoothie
