Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mashed bananas
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups flour (sub oat flour or gluten free all purpose 1:1 flour)
  • vegan butter or coconut oil for frying
  • recommended batter add-ins: 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp maple syrup

How to steps

  1. In 1 bowl, mash the ripe bananas, mix with baking powder, almond milk, and option add ins

  2. Then, stir in flour and mix until combined. Batter will be slightly lumpy

  3. Heat a skillet on the stove to medium and once it’s hot, add a little butter and spoon in about 3-4 tablespoons of batter per pancake

  4. Cook until bubbles form and then flip the pancakes
