Cinnamon Roll Blueberry Muffin Oats

Ingredients

  • 45g jumbo oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • handful raisins
  • bit courgette
  • almond milk
  • handful blueberries
  • nushfoods blueberry yoghurt
  • pipandnut pumpkin spice almond butter
  • almonds
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Soak 45g jumbo oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, handful of raisins and a bit of courgette overnight in almond milk.

  2. Warm gently on a stove with some more almond milk and a handful of blueberries until thick and creamy.

  3. Top with blueberry yoghurt, pumpkin spice almond butter, blueberries, almonds and maple syrup.
