Cinnamon Roll Blueberry Muffin Oats
Ingredients
- 45g jumbo oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- handful raisins
- bit courgette
- almond milk
- handful blueberries
- nushfoods blueberry yoghurt
- pipandnut pumpkin spice almond butter
- almonds
- maple syrup
Preparation
Soak 45g jumbo oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, handful of raisins and a bit of courgette overnight in almond milk.
Warm gently on a stove with some more almond milk and a handful of blueberries until thick and creamy.
Top with blueberry yoghurt, pumpkin spice almond butter, blueberries, almonds and maple syrup.
