Apple Cauliflower Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 250 ml almond milk
- 2 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 1/4 apple
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons oats
Toppings
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 1/4 apple
- shredded coconut
- @livias millionaire squares salted peanut butter
- quinoa puffs
Preparation
Add the ingredients one by one to a saucepan.
Stir occasionally while cooking.
Cook until a smooth thick substance is formed.
Assembly
Add 2 teaspoons of peanut butter as topping.
Add 1/4 apple as topping.
Sprinkle shredded coconut.
Add @livias millionaire squares salted peanut butter.
Add quinoa puffs.
