Apple Cauliflower Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 apple
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons oats

Toppings

  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 apple
  • shredded coconut
  • @livias millionaire squares salted peanut butter
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Add the ingredients one by one to a saucepan.

  2. Stir occasionally while cooking.

  3. Cook until a smooth thick substance is formed.

Assembly

  1. Add 2 teaspoons of peanut butter as topping.

  2. Add 1/4 apple as topping.

  3. Sprinkle shredded coconut.

  4. Add @livias millionaire squares salted peanut butter.

  5. Add quinoa puffs.
