Cauli Oats with Raspberry Swirl
Ingredients
- 300 ml of almond milk
- 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
- 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- dash of cinnamon and 4 tablespoons of oats
Preparation
Just add one after another in a saucepan
For the raspberry swirl, use 1 full hand of frozen raspberries and add it in a pan with 20 ml of water
Let it cook until you get a sauce
Bring the oats in a bowl, add the raspberries and mix it together
Toppings are: 1 kiwi, shredded coconut, peanut butter, granola from @healthygranola
