Cauli Oats with Raspberry Swirl

Ingredients

  • 300 ml of almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • dash of cinnamon and 4 tablespoons of oats

Preparation

  1. Just add one after another in a saucepan

  2. For the raspberry swirl, use 1 full hand of frozen raspberries and add it in a pan with 20 ml of water

  3. Let it cook until you get a sauce

  4. Bring the oats in a bowl, add the raspberries and mix it together

  5. Toppings are: 1 kiwi, shredded coconut, peanut butter, granola from @healthygranola

  6. Nl, mulberries, quinoa puffs and nugglets
