Cauli Oats with Raspberry Swirl

Ingredients

  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons oats

Raspberry swirl

  • 1 full hand frozen raspberries
  • 20 ml water

Toppings

  • 1 kiwi
  • shredded coconut
  • peanut butter
  • granola
  • mulberries
  • quinoa puffs
  • nugglets

Preparation

  1. Add the almond milk, cauliflower rice, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and oats one after another in a saucepan and cook until thickened

  2. In a separate pan, add the frozen raspberries and water, and cook until a sauce forms.

  3. Transfer the oat mixture to a bowl, add the raspberry sauce, and mix together.

  4. Add the toppings to the bowl.
