Ingredients
- 300 ml almond milk
- 3 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 2 tablespoons carrot rice
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
Toppings
- cinnamon
- banana
- shredded coconut
- quinoa puffs
- peanut butter
- cacao nibs
- vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
- granola
- mulberries
Preparation
Combine all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' group in a pot or microwave-safe bowl
Cook on the stove over medium heat or microwave until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes
Allow to cool slightly before adding toppings
Top with the items from the 'Toppings' group and serve
