Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

  • blueberries

  • mulberries
  • coconut flakes
  • peanut butter
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Combine almond milk, cauliflower rice, oats, raisins, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and flax seeds in a bowl or pot

  2. Heat or let sit until the mixture reaches the desired consistency, such as soft oats

  3. Add blueberries, blackberries, mulberries, coconut flakes, peanut butter, and quinoa puffs on top before serving
