Apple Raisin Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • some cinnamon

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • frozen raspberries
  • shredded coconut
  • quinoa puffs
  • nugglets from @livias

Preparation

  1. Slice the apple into small pieces

  2. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a bowl and mix well

  3. Add the toppings and serve
