Apple Raisin Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 150 ml almond milk
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 3 tablespoons oats
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- some cinnamon
Toppings
- peanut butter
- frozen raspberries
- shredded coconut
- quinoa puffs
- nugglets from @livias
Preparation
Slice the apple into small pieces
Combine all ingredients except toppings in a bowl and mix well
Add the toppings and serve
