Raspberry Cauliflower Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 300 ml almond milk
- 3 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 2 tablespoons carrot rice
- 3 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 handfuls frozen raspberries
Toppings
- vegan chocolate from @littlelovechocolate
- peanut butter
- coconut flakes
- quinoa puffs
- nuts
- mulberries
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Cook 2 handfuls of frozen raspberries in a saucepan and add 20 ml of water.
Mix the cauli oats ingredients together in a bowl.
Combine the cauli oats mixture with the hot berries.
Add the desired toppings and enjoy.
