Raspberry Cauliflower Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 2 tablespoons carrot rice
  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 handfuls frozen raspberries

Toppings

  • vegan chocolate from @littlelovechocolate
  • peanut butter
  • coconut flakes
  • quinoa puffs
  • nuts
  • mulberries
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Cook 2 handfuls of frozen raspberries in a saucepan and add 20 ml of water.

  2. Mix the cauli oats ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Combine the cauli oats mixture with the hot berries.

  4. Add the desired toppings and enjoy.
