Quinoa Apple Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 200 ml almond milk
- 30 grams quinoa
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 3/4 apple
- 40 grams oats
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- a dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- cinnamon
- shredded coconut
- mulberries
- some nuts
- cacao nibs
- peanut butter
Preparation
Put 200 ml of almond milk in a saucepan and add 30 grams of quinoa.
Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add 3/4 apple, 40 grams of oats, 1 tablespoon of raisins, and a dash of cinnamon.
Let it cook for 7 more minutes.
Add the toppings: cinnamon, shredded coconut, mulberries, some nuts, cacao nibs, and peanut butter.
Notes
Quinoa is a gluten-free wholegrain carbohydrate and contains all nine essential amino acids.
